Tony's experience with public speaking started when he was still running his signwriting business. He was asked to speak to a group of long-term unemployed followed by another group in Rotary.
He later spoke at business-related functions to receive standing ovations and was soon asked to speak professionally.
In 1998, Tony sold Commercial Signs and began his professional speaking career aiming to become the best inspirational speaker in the world.

He received 50 speaking engagements in his first year and receives over 150 bookings each year from New Zealand, Australia and around the world.
Tony has addressed the National Speakers Association - USA and the Million Dollar Round Table in Canada. He has also presented to top corporate performers including IBM, Telecom NZ, Prudential Assurance Asia, Westpac Banking Corporation, Wesfarmers, Fonterra, Sanitarium, Entrepreneurs' Organisation, HP Asia, Lion Nathan and Caltex.
